The holidays are over and many of us are thrilled to put 2020 in the past. Although this wasn’t the greatest year for humanity, I think we tried our best to get into the holiday spirit and make the most of the season.
This year, I broke a personal record by putting my Christmas tree up a week before Thanksgiving. The holidays were a wonderful distraction, but even with my excitement for the new year, a part of me doesn’t want to let go of Christmas.

If you’re feeling the way I am and have an urge to drag the holidays out a little longer, I suggest checking out Magic of Lights Vail if you find yourself in our beautiful mountain town. This walk-through experience features 500,000 LED lights that are decorated throughout the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens.
In addition to the light show, there’s a bar and concession stand to keep you warm and occupied during your visit. We were greeted by a Tin Cup whiskey stand that offered free whiskey tastings. It’s a good time and it’s beautiful, like a scene out of a Hallmark movie.
Magic of Lights Vail will be around until January 24, 2021. Tickets must be purchased in advance at magicoflightsvail.com and if you can make it, off-peak days are $5 cheaper. Happy New Year!
I am still in all the Xmas spirit and festive moment , this looks really lovely , will definitely look into it

This looks beautiful and a nice way to get into the Xmas spirit. We had our decorations up about halfway through November and the trees at the end of November which made me very happy x

I am still keeping my Christmas tree until February because I put the tree up late this year. We have not seen any lights this way.
